One-time Crisis Coaching

When resources, time, or life prohibit you from participating in long-term coaching, one-time crisis coaching sessions are the next best thing. As a former crisis counselor, I’ve seen first-hand how one-time sessions can deescalate the most challenging situations by building solutions for your most pressing needs.

“Aimee was great to talk to about my career pivot. She listened to what my interests were and what I have done so far. She then helped me with actionable points on what to do next and where to focus. I really appreciated her insight and ideas.”
